1 to 1 in car package:

• Confidential telephone or video consultation to discuss your situation and understand your objectives.
• 2 x 90 minute to 1 ¾ hour in car sessions.
• The exclusive Driving Anxiety Coach Driving Journal to log your drives, set goals and re-appraise those goals. Set action plans, make notes and debrief each session on the road.
• You will also be invited to join a Facebook forum group to share your experiences with other like-minded people.
• Thereafter 1 to 1 sessions of 90 minutes to be booked as pay as you go.

Tier 1: For people who live within 45 minute drive from my location in Bucks / Oxon area.

£265.00      Pay as you go sessions thereafter: £98.50

 

Tier 2: For people who live beyond tier 1 and up to 1 hour 15 minutes away (and if you cannot get to a location within tier 1.)

£355.00      Pay as you go sessions thereafter: £160.00

 

Tier 3: For people who live beyond tier 2 and up to 1 and 3/4 hours away. 

• Includes telephone / video consultation
• Driving journal
• One session 1 to 1 in car up of two hours.

£275.00     Follow up sessions thereafter up to 2 hour session £250.00

 

Tier 4: For people who live beyond tier 3 and up to 2 hours away.

• Includes telephone / video consultation
• Driving journal
• One session 1 to 1 in car up of two hours.

£295.00     Follow up sessions thereafter up to 2 hour session £265.00

Distance Coaching Sessions:

Helpful to people who live beyond Tier 4 or who's time or budget is more restrictive.

Supporting and encouragement from me can help to give people the extra push they need.  Also incorporating Neuro Linguistic Programming , people have found that scheduled video calls make them more accountable and thus more likely to achieve their agreed targets. This includes:

• Confidential 20 - 30 minute video consultation to discuss your situation and understand your objectives.
• Three x 30 – 40 minute video calls
• Exclusive Driving Anxiety Coach Driving Journal      £225.00  

Pay as you go thereafter per session £59.50 or a further three sessions  £170.00

Spring 2024 will bring added services by offering Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy sessions to both in person and distance coaching sessions to enhance and consolidate the sessions.  Pricing to be published nearer the time.
